Calder Hybrid Fitness is a unique strength and conditioning center, delivering fun, dynamic and functional training designed to get results both mentally and physically with a community based feel where everybody is encouraged and supported by coaches and peers. The aim is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness, through a program that will best prepare members for any physical contingency, not only for the unknown but the unknowable. We deliver a constantly varied program, performed at high intensity using functional movements. By delivering specific technical guidance on all movements to ensure a safe and challenging experience.
